30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (e.g. special orders, personalised items)

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. As with our standard policy, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
