Delivery Information

At Basus, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find details of our standard delivery process for the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs checks, peak periods, or unforeseen delays. We will always keep you updated if there are any issues.

UK & Ireland

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 working days for items in stock.

  • Small items are sent by tracked courier and require a signature on delivery.

  • Larger items (such as floor lamps or multiple pieces) may be delivered via palletised kerbside service.

  • Free standard UK delivery for orders over £199 (excluding ex-display and clearance pieces).

  • Deliveries to Ireland may take 1–2 extra working days and may incur an additional fee depending on location.

USA & Canada

  • Standard delivery: 10–15 working days.

  • Items are shipped by international courier with tracking provided.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • A valid contact number is required for customs clearance.

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard delivery: 12–18 working days.

  • Orders are shipped via international courier with full tracking.

  • Import duties and local taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Delivery to remote regions may take a few extra days.

Ex-Display & Clearance Pieces

Ex-display or clearance items may require additional quality checks and protective packaging. Please allow an extra 3–5 working days for dispatch.

Larger Deliveries & Access

  • Standard delivery is to the ground floor / kerbside only.

  • If your property requires special access (stairs, restricted entry, parking permits), please inform us in advance.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, redelivery fees may apply.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items can fit through doorways and into the intended room.

Important Notes

  • You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

  • If you need urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • All international customers are responsible for import duties and taxes levied by their local authorities.
