Q1: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes — we only sell genuine designer lighting and carefully selected ex-display pieces. We don’t deal in replicas.
Q2: Why are your prices lower than other retailers?
A: We specialise in clearance and ex-display items, which allows us to offer authentic design at more affordable prices.
Q3: Can I return or exchange ex-display items?
A: Ex-display items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. We always provide clear descriptions so you know what you’re buying.
Q4: Do the lamps come with bulbs?
A: Most products come without bulbs unless stated in the description. We’ll always let you know if a bulb is included.
Q5: Do you offer discounts or price matching?
A: Our prices are already discounted, but if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Shipping & Delivery
Q6: How long will delivery take?
A: UK & Ireland orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days. For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, please allow 10–18 working days.
Q7: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery costs depend on the order size and location.
Q8: Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
A: For international orders, local customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Q9: How are larger items delivered?
A: Larger lamps are usually sent with a palletised kerbside service. If special access is required (stairs, limited entry, parking permits), please let us know in advance.
Q10: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details by email.
Returns & Customer Service
Q11: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
Q12: How do I request a return?
